We offer full refunds for unused skincare and haircare products within 15 days of the original purchase date. All eligible returns must be in original condition with packaging intact. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Most of our products fall into the “clean beauty” category and so adverse reactions are highly unlikely. As well, scented products are clearly described as such and are not eligible for return on that basis alone. However, if you experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please email email@example.com. We will then follow the manufacturer’s return process. Note, you may be asked for detailed feedback and photos, if applicable.
Damage Claim Policy
To file a claim for damaged items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item(s) damaged. We’ll then arrange for free return shipping and product exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of intimate care items, custom order products, final sale merchandise, used items, products discounted by 30% or more.
