Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada and the US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Additionally, we now ship to these international locations:
- Free shipping in Ontario for all orders of $75* or more;
- Reduced shipping rate in Quebec on all orders;
- Free shipping in all of Canada and USA on orders $149* or more.

Refunds and price adjustments may affect shipping costs charged to the customer.

- Standard shipping – up to 9 business days
- Expedited – 2 to 6 business days
- Express – 1 to 4 business days

Our carrier of choice is Canada Post. All shipments are sent via trackable services and “do not safedrop” instructions. If you’re not available to receive your package at the delivery location, your parcel will be forwarded to your nearest post office and kept for pickup for 10 days.
We use Canada Post to ship all US orders. In the United States, Canada Post shipments are handled by the USPS.
Orders going out to other locations will be shipped by carriers of choice based on the specific destination. All orders are trackable and insured. Please note, customs fees and duties are not included in the shipping cost and may be levied by your country.
Order Processing Times
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped.
“Return to Shipper” Policy
It is the responsibility of the receiver (or if bought as a gift, the buyer) to notify the shipping carrier (Canada Post or USPS) of any changes to the delivery, such as a request to hold the package at a nearby Canada Post or USPS location for pick up or request a vacation hold if the receiver is out of town and needs the package delivered at a later date.
If a package is returned to us because the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package within a required timeframe, the customer will have the option to pay the full (non-promotional) shipping cost to have the order shipped again or cancel the order which is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the item goes unclaimed for more than three weeks, we will cancel the order without a refund.
