Refunds and price adjustments may affect shipping costs charged to the customer.
Here are approximate delivery standards:
- Expedited – 3 to 12 business days. This is mostly affected by how far you are from the East Coast and whether you’re in a large metropolitan area or a more remote location;
- Express – Due to COVID-related delays, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery, therefore this option is not available at this time.
Order Processing Times
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped.
“Return to Shipper” Policy
It is the responsibility of the receiver (or if bought as a gift, the buyer) to notify the shipping carrier of any changes to the delivery, such as a request to hold the package at a nearby carrier location for pick up or request a vacation hold if the receiver is out of town and needs the package delivered at a later date.
In case of unreasonable delays, please contact us in a timely manner so that we may file a claim on your behalf. Please note, most carriers have a 60-day limit for claims.
If a package is returned to us because the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package within a required timeframe, the customer will have the option to pay the full (non-promotional) shipping cost to have the order shipped again or cancel the order which is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the item goes unclaimed for more than three weeks, we will cancel the order without a refund.
